  • How does Eczend work?
Eczend has been formulated to penetrate the skin and eliminate the root cause of eczema, psoriasis, and ichthyosis: bacteria. Eczend works according to your skin's rejuvenation cycle. Your skin's rejuvenation cycle determines the length of your treatment time, which ranges anywhere from three to 90 days depending on your age and lifestyle. You can read more about this process here. It's very important that you avoid alcohol consumption during your treatment period as alcohol can increase your treatment time dramatically.
  • How long do I need to apply Eczend for?
The length of your treatment is based on your skin's rejuvenation cycle and can range anywhere from 3 to 90 days depending on your age. Read more here.
  • What is Eczend made of?
Eczend contains nearly 20 different traditional Chinese herbal medicines and 0.01% Clobetasol, which is an anti-inflammatory steroid. You can read our full ingredient list here.
  • Why does Eczend contain steroids?
Eczend contains 0.01% Clobetasol, which is an anti-inflammatory steroid. This amount of steroid is significantly less than what is present in topical steroid creams prescribed by doctors. This tiny amount of topical steroid provides fast-acting relief while the rest of our ingredients work hard to kill the bacteria beneath the skin.
  • What makes Eczend different than other creams?
Eczend contains nearly 20 traditional Chinese herbal medicines and 0.01% Clobetasol, which is an anti-inflammatory steroid. However, our cream is different than the topical steroid creams prescribed by doctors. Here's how: Other steroid creams have been designed to "boost" the immune system. These creams are often overprescribed, used in high dosage for too long, and result in a weakened immune system. Eczend has been specifically formulated to eliminate bacteria that causes the skin condition initially. Our formula gets to the root of the problem.
  • What dictates the cost of Eczend?
There are a few factors that dictate our pricing: ingredient acquisition (some of our ingredients are more difficult to acquire) and production scale. Eczend is a homemade product so there is only a limited supply available. Eczend is effective and actually eliminates eczema and psoriasis permanently while cheaper medicines don't cure the problem. Many people use cheaper, ineffective creams and medicines for their entire life bearing temporary or little-to-no results. Alternatively, some people use more expensive steroid injections/creams long-term with no permanent results. Ultimately, Eczend is the more affordable option because clients no longer need to apply the cream after their treatment period.
  • Where does Eczend ship to?
Eczend offers free shipping worldwide. Conditions apply. Some countries, such as India, are more expensive for us to ship product to. In these cases we can only offer free shipping when a certain amount of product is being shipped.
  • What is eczema and psoriasis?
Eczema and psoriasis are caused by a bacteria beneath the skin resulting in disordered cells. This means the ceramide cannot travel through the affected area, which causes dehydration beneath the skin (leading to itchiness and dryness). When a person scratches the skin it can cause the bacteria to spread and the affected area to expand. A stronger immune system and the right diet can help; however, the bacteria will still be in your body. Once your immune system weakens inevitably, the eczema or psoriasis will emerge again.
  • Does Eczend work on other skin conditions?
Eczend can work on other conditions, yes, including ichthyosis and nodular prurigo. If you're curious if our cream will work for the condition you have, we encourage you to order a sample size of our cream to try it out or contact us to discuss your condition further.
  • What happens when treatment ends?
When your treatment cycle ends, your eczema and psoriasis should be recovered. Although the skin looks and feels healed, it's important to use the next six months as an observation period. This means if the skin feels itchy or is getting try, you have to reapply the Eczend cream on it immediately for at least six days. If you do not, there is a chance the skin condition may return. We recommend keeping an extra bottle of Eczend cream on hand just in case you need to eliminate any bacterial that hasn't been completely cleared out. Read more here.
  • Will Eczend eliminate eczema and psoriasis forever?
Our clients have not reported their condition returning when they complete a full treatment cycle as instructed. However, when the treatment period ends it's important to use the following six months as an observation period. If you feel any itchiness or dryness coming back, you need to reapply Eczend cream for at least six days. Read more about how Eczend works here.
